The Gym

I turned my living room into a home gym. I hope to get certified in the near future as a personal trainer and am looking at ACE Certification.

Equipment:
Weider Pro 545 Squat Rack/Pull down
Exertec Fitness Bench
Body Champ Power Tower
Cayman Fitness Premium resistance bands set
Aerobic Step, ball
Yoga Equipment
Several mixed bar weights, bars, and dumbbells
Various books and workout DVDs (aerobic, dance)

My current workout routine includes:

M - W - F
Upper body with 3/12 sets of two different workouts each major part: chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, lats/back

T-Th-Sat
Upper body with 3/12 sets of two different workouts each major part: quads/glutes, hamstrings, calves, lower back, and abs

I believe in healthy, whole foods eating; I never diet. 

Hoping to get a back extension machine soon.
